Payment Information


Deposit

Booking forms received before October 30, 2018 and invoiced for a 60% deposit to be paid within 30 days of receipt. The remaining balance is to be settled no later than December 10, 2018. Non-payment by this stated deadline will lead to the cancellation of your booking, without reimbursement of the deposit paid.
Booking forms received after October 30, 2018 will be invoiced for the full amount, to be paid within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be made in writing.

  • For cancellations before October 1, 2018, 30% of the total cost of each item will be retained by the EPA.
  • For cancellations made between October 2, 2018 and December 1, 2018, 75% of the total cost of each item will be retained by the EPA.
  • For cancellations after December 2, 2018, 100% of the total cost of each item will be retained by the EPA.

Payment Method

  • Payments will be via bank transfer only, upon receipt of an invoice.
  • Invoices will include the relevant bank details.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

VAT Information

All prices are exclusive of VAT, and are subject to VAT which will be added to the invoice.
The charge of the VAT will depend on the location of the supporting companies as follows:
