Technical Requirements and Instructions:

As a presenter in the EPA 2020 Virtual Congress you are asked to pre-record your presentation.
Please note that you will be contacted with further information in due course.

PRESENTATION RECORDING

Please click here to see the technical instructions on how to book a slot and record your presentation. Your presentation will be accessible from the virtual platform during and 3 months after the Congress to all participants of the EPA 2020 Virtual Congress.

DURING YOUR PRESENTATION RECORDING:

There will be a dedicated technician assisting you during the recording of your session.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE

In compliance with EACCME requirements, all speakers have been requested to fill in the Conflict of interest form. The information provided needs to be summarized in a disclosure slide (click here to download) and appear as the first slide of your presentation. Please disclose verbally (including if nothing to disclose) at the beginning of your presentation.
