**Early Career Psychiatrists (ECP) must be under 40 years of age at the Congress date or have less than 5 years of clinical practice after speciality. In order to register under this category, you will be required to upload a copy of your ID with your birth date or a copy of an official letter/certificate from the institution confirming the < 5 years with your registration form.
***In order to register under this category, you will be required to upload a signed and stamped letter from the head of your department confirming your status.
****Refers only to full-time students at the time of the Congress. The registration form must be accompanied by a copy of a valid 2024-2025 student ID or an official letter from the head of the Department confirming full-time student status.

Attendance Policy
Entrance into the EPA 2025 Congress is reserved for registered delegates only. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all Congress areas.
In compliance with European laws and regulations, as well as in consideration of current health and safety measures, access to the 33rd European Congress of Psychiatry is restricted exclusively to delegates aged 18 and above. Unregistered guests, including children, family members, colleagues, and others, will not be allowed. Identification must be furnished to Congress personnel upon request. Delegates under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry to any segment of the Congress under any circumstances. This policy also applies to minors accompanied by their parents and any other unregistered individuals.
