Official registration and accommodation services for EPA 2027 are exclusively handled by MCI Suisse SA. To ensure your security, always verify information through legitimate sources such as the EPA 2027 Congress website, EPA 2027 newsletter or our official Congress Organiser (MCI) platform.
It is important to be aware that you may be contacted by phone or e-mail or see advertising by unauthorised individuals or companies acting as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies to solicit you with aggressive or deceptive tactics for Congress registrations.
They may also misrepresent themselves as the official Congress registration and accommodation services and may illegally use the Congress name or logo. Please be aware that such companies do not represent EPA or MCI and are not mandated to act on their behalf.
If you are contacted by someone asking if you need to register for the EPA 2027 Congress or need accommodation, please do not complete your registration and/or room booking with such entities and do not process any of the payments they may request.
The only way to access the EPA 2027 registration forms will be via links on the EPA Congress Website or from our official Congress Organiser (MCI) platform.

Additionally, please be extra cautious of suspicious websites or email correspondence asking for money, especially those impersonating EPA leadership or staff.
To protect yourself and identify these attempts, please observe the following guidelines:
- Always verify the sender’s email address. Messages from generic addresses
(e.g., presidentboard202113@gmail.com; presidentnations@gmail.com; boardpresident2205@gmail.com) are the main indicator of a phishing attempt. - The EPA Administrative Office will only contact you from addresses ending in @europsy.net.
- You will never receive a request for payment from an EPA volunteer, particularly not from Office Bearers. If you are unsure about an email’s legitimacy, do not respond. Instead, reach out directly to the EPA Administrative Office for clarification.
